Dance
Dance is open to all students at Manor House and offers a chance to be a part of a non-competitive form of exercise while, also making new friends from all other year groups. We learn all different types of dance including hip-hop, street and salsa.
Dance is on Monday evenings straight after school in the sports hall and newcomers are always welcome!
Fitness
Fitness is a great way to shape up and become healthier. We run classes such as body sculpt, circuits, body tone, legs buns and tums and many more. Fitness is open to all years and is on Thursday evenings after school. All newcomers are very welcome. Sessions usually last 45 minutes.
